Privacy & access

This studio is for approved Pacific Valley teacher and student accounts. Google supplies your verified email and display name when you sign in. The studio does not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive, or Calendar.

Lessons, submissions, checks, grades, feedback, and teacher notes are stored on the teacher’s Hostinger server. The teacher manages these records. A student can view their own progress and submit work, and cannot edit grades or teacher notes.

Sign-in uses a secure cookie that expires after twelve hours. Optional response drafts and checklist progress can be saved on this device. Sign out on a shared computer, and avoid saving drafts there.

Videos and outside resources connect to their publishers when you choose to open them. Embedded videos load only after you press play. AI-generated content should be checked by your teacher; the planning tools do not automatically send your learning records to an AI service.
